CURRICULUM
At Busy Bees we follow the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Our carefully planned and well-resourced curriculum enables
children to play and explore in a caring atmosphere. The
children are active learners who develop creativity and
critical thinking.
.
Foundation Stage Principles are promoted:
· A unique child
Every child is a competent learner who can be resilient,
capable, confident and self-assured
· Positive relationships
Children learn to be strong and independent from a base
of loving and secure relationships with parents and carers.
· Enabling environments
A child's environment plays a key role in supporting and
extending children's development and learning
· Learning and Development
Children develop and learn in different ways and at different
rates and all areas of learning and development are equally
important and interconnected.
"The outcomes for children are excellent. This is reflected in
how happy, engaged and confident the children are, as well
as in the progress they are making towards the early learning
goals of the Early Years Foundation Stage" - OFSTED 2011
